Unit 2 illustrates five workshops which may be used by teacher trainers to empower teachers, along with other stakeholders (children, parents, stakeholders from the community), in the process for developing a Rights Based School Policy (RBSP) innovation.

Workshop 3: Bringing stakeholders together
Workshop 4: Determining an action plan for Children’s Rights
Workshop 5: Defining methods to reflect, evaluate and redefine the action plan.
